The other week, I got off work earlier than usual so I was able to pay Pa’s Pumpkin Patch in Long Beach a visit and try a few shots of the CineStill 800T film. Pa’s is just a tiny patch but it’s always fun being there. There were kids’ attractions like the pony rides and the carousel, yummy funnel cakes, and of course lots of pumpkins and gourds all over the place. And going there at night coupled with the slight evening breeze gives that sense of a real Fall feeling. Especially in our part of the world where the changing of colors are not a part of our usual Autumn passage.
Oh and about the film, it delivered that nice glow when shot under tungsten light. I will surely use this film again.
Here are the pumpkins and then some :). Shot with the Canon AE-1.
